Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in the administration and management of all Front Office Operations.
- Ensure a smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.
- Be a positive and motivational team player who leads by example and supports the team in achieving a high level of service.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable and luxurious experience.
- Be aware of possible VIPs arriving or visiting the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring they are met and escorted to their destination.
- Act as a representative of higher management in their absence.
- Ability to cover night shifts and assist with other duties as needed during holidays, absences, and shift coverages.
- Proactively ensure that guests respect our good neighbourhood policies.
Requirements:
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of service.
- Good command of the English language, spoken. French language skills are much appreciated.
- Willingness to have a flexible working pattern to fit in with the needs of the business.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
