About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Café and Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Tower Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

With a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you will be proactive in solving guest queries, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure. Your ability to build relationships, empathize with guests, and provide personalized service will be essential in delivering a truly memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
