About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Café and Reception Supervisor to join our team at Circolo Popolare by Big Mamma Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the reception and café area to ensure a smooth service for our customers.
  • Manage the booking and table coordination process to guarantee a seamless experience.
  • Embody Big Mamma values by adopting a warm, smiling, and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Assist in the implementation of our 'porta un amico' bonus scheme to encourage referrals.
  • Participate in continuous trainings, team buildings, and career opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
