  • Manage the booking and table coordination process to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Assist with the implementation of new procedures and initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
  • English advanced language skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
