Reception Supervisor Opportunity at Britannia Hampstead Hotel

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to join our team at the Britannia Hampstead Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and supervising the team, and maximizing revenue and minimizing loss within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Train and supervise the reception team to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Maximize revenue and minimize loss within the department through effective management of room sales and other revenue streams
  • Promote food and beverage facilities to guests
  • Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services
  • Answer telephones and handle guest and visitor queries
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and punctual with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
