Reception Supervisor Opportunity at Britannia Hampstead Hotel

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to join our team at the Britannia Hampstead Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train and supervise the reception team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Maximize revenue and minimize loss by effectively managing the front desk operations and implementing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
  • Promote the hotel's food and beverage facilities, as well as other services and amenities, to guests and ensure they are aware of the options available to them.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including front desk management and customer service standards.
