About the Role
The Reception Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Reception team to ensure that all guest needs are met to the highest standards. This includes coordinating with front of house colleagues to ensure that our guests' expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Reception team to ensure seamless guest service
- Collaborate with front of house colleagues to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in achieving revenue and occupancy targets
- Provide exceptional customer care and attention to detail
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives
