Junior Digital Wholesale Account Executive

At AllSaints, we're seeking a talented Junior Digital Wholesale Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Wholesale, Franchise, and Licensing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and partnerships with our digital wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day management of digital wholesale partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly business meetings with digital partners to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth.
  • Assist with market organization, preparing business snapshots, taking partner orders, and consolidating feedback.
  • Manage new partner account setup, ensuring compliance and shipping requirements are met.
  • Forecast and project sales performance by account to inform in-season reorder business.
  • Proactively manage wholesale free stock and inventory levels to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability.
  • Compile weekly shipping reports and oversee the shipping process with our Distribution Centre.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital wholesale partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the UK/EU wholesale market.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
