Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Modern Trade Martials Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Design and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Lead and Motivate the Sales Team

Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets, providing ongoing training and development to ensure their success.

Monitor Sales Performance

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Build Strong Customer Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.

Market Analysis and Competitor Activity

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Management Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ability to Manage a Diverse Team

Ability to manage a diverse team, with a focus on developing and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.

Bilingual or Multilingual Skills

Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of Retail Management Practices

Knowledge of retail management practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Exceptional Time Management Skills

Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
