Job Title: Commercial and Residential Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team at Morgan Jones. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales and marketing of our commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Assist in the sales progression process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sales
  • Provide after-sales customer care, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
  • Ensure files are kept up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist in the running of an efficient sales office, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow
  • Prepare sales and rental packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the role

  • Proven track record in sales or a customer service environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Driven to succeed and achieve targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full clean driving license
  • Proficient in the use of social media and IT
