About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NHS Specialist Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Crosshouse. The successful candidate will provide clinical care and support to the Ayrshire and Arran Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV care and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing support to consultant clinics and work within the hospital-based team, prison-based in-reach service, and outreach service.
- Contribute to the delivery of an integrated system of care across hospital/prison and community.
- Be involved in integrated care pathways, protocols, and guidelines in line with the National Sexual Health & BBV Framework.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
- UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
