Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in education and training initiatives, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with community partners to promote health and wellbeing, addressing social determinants of health and reducing health inequities.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
  • UK driving license and car ownership, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.
