Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of public health initiatives, promoting health and wellbeing in our communities.
- Work effectively in an integrated NHS Early Years, Children and Families Community Nursing team, delivering services in the home and community.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Registered Nurse with evidence of further professional development.
- Demonstration of communication skills.
- Demonstration of organisational and motivational skills.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team promoting integrated nursing approaches.
This role requires a UK driving licence and car ownership. The working week will be 29.7 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours as required.
