About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets enterprise clients across the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to accelerate growth in the financial services sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and expand our footprint in the industry.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong, lasting partnerships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored AI solutions.
  • Sales Operations: Optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with our product and market strategies.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in sales, with a focus on Fintech or SaaS, and 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing diverse teams.
  • Ability to think big-picture while executing on day-to-day tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, and the latest technological trends.
