Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets enterprise clients across the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to accelerate growth in the financial services sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and expand our footprint in the industry.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
- Client Relationships: Develop strong, lasting partnerships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored AI solutions.
- Sales Operations: Optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics for maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with our product and market strategies.
- Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
- 10+ years in sales, with a focus on Fintech or SaaS, and 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and drive significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing diverse teams.
- Ability to think big-picture while executing on day-to-day tactical initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, and the latest technological trends.
