We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily new business activity.
- Attend sales appointments booked by our Telemarketing partner and your own self-generated appointments.
- Work with our Head of Seminars to develop a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
- At least 2 years of experience in selling in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.
- Ability to sell to different audiences, including Business Owners, Board of Directors, and HR Managers.
- £30,000 Basic + £30,000 Guaranteed bonus for year 1 (minimum year 1 earnings of £60,000).
- OTE £100,000 (totally uncapped). Top earners earn in excess of £130K.
- Plus car/allowance + benefits.
