Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to accelerate growth in the financial services sector.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand Aveni's footprint in the industry.
  • Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
  • Develop strong, lasting partnerships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored AI solutions.
  • Optimise sales processes, tools, and metrics for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with Aveni's product and market strategies.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in sales, with a focus on Fintech or SaaS, and 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing diverse teams.
  • Ability to think big-picture while executing on day-to-day tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, and the latest technological trends.
