About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads, appointments, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to develop a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Confidence in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000, plus a guaranteed bonus of £30,000 for the first year, totaling a minimum of £60,000 in year one.
  • Uncapped OTE of £100,000, with top performers earning in excess of £130,000.
