Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer interactions via phone and email, processing orders, updating clients on order statuses, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming communications and taking appropriate actions.
  • Preparing and sending quotations based on customer specifications in accordance with established KPIs.
  • Conducting credit assessments for all new clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations and commercial laws.
  • Inputting customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Building strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Coordinating with Dispatch, Assembly, and Production teams to facilitate order progress and delivery.
  • Scanning and archiving documents as directed.
  • Adhering to ISO/BSI standards and internal procedures.
  • Providing administrative assistance to other departments as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs including Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and German.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and earn the respect of clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with product ranges relevant to the position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of JDE or similar CRM systems for processing orders and quotations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Email, Word, Excel).
