About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to join our team at SAVVY MEDIA & DIGITAL RECRUITMENT. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our daily operations and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Office Management: Manage office needs, including cleanliness, space planning, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Technology Management: Oversee office technology, coordinating with IT for maintenance and upgrades.
  • HR Administration: Support HR administration, including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy updates.
  • Leave Management: Assist with leave management, recruitment, and retention efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-Driven: Be self-driven, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek continuous improvement.

  • Business Management Experience: Have demonstrated success in business management, office management, HR/recruitment, executive assistance, or operational roles.
  • Technology Experience: Experience in a technology-focused business, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, is a plus.
