Job Summary:

Parkside Office Professional is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis for 12-16 weeks. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to all international end consumers across proprietary websites, meet/exceed sales profit and customer satisfaction targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to consumers as necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process orders manually and ensure timely delivery.
  • Upsell products to consumers to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage order and delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the Magento system to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Manage the e-commerce mailbox to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage e-commerce returns, including reports, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge to consumers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Participate in weekly operations calls with the team to discuss opportunities and challenges.
  • Support and cover for wholesale operations as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in telephone-based computer service roles.
  • Prior experience in a multi-tasked call center or customer service environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and experience with customer service/order entry software systems.
  • Prior experience with computer data entry.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently, quickly, and with empathy for customer issues.
