Sales Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth at our Jewson branch in Mansfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a great customer experience
- Proactively drive sales performance for the branch, getting to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions
- Lead the team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how to keep themselves and others safe at work
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
