About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Management Director to lead our EMEA Internal Audit team. Reporting directly to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of internal audit, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for EMEA Internal Audit, aligning with global objectives and best practices.
- Oversee strategic initiatives and leadership events to enhance the effectiveness and impact of internal audit activities.
- Ensure efficient planning and delivery of audits, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize resource allocation and reporting.
- Enhance committee reporting and submissions, providing clear, concise, and insightful information to stakeholders.
- Develop a robust human capital plan and people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the team.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of internal audit principles and practices, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
