About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Leader to join our EMEA Internal Audit team as Director, Head of Business Management. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the development and implementation of our internal audit strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the internal audit strategy for EMEA, aligned with the company's overall objectives and risk management framework.
- Lead a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess risks, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the audit budget and resources, ensuring effective use of resources and delivery of value-added services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including audit committees, risk management, and compliance teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal audit, and apply this knowledge to improve our audit services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal audit, with a strong understanding of risk management and audit principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the company's business operations and risk management framework.
