Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team and take on a challenging FP&A transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in representing the FP&A function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide updates on the project and communicate changes
  • Represent the FP&A function globally and interact with various teams
  • Lead and participate in project design and testing of system implementation
  • Provide analysis and advice across the project, including processes, operating procedures, and training implementation

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with experience working in the insurance sector
  • Financial planning and analysis background, with experience in global FP&A businesses
  • Experience with finance transformation projects and system implementation
  • Team management skills, including leadership, development, and mentorship
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
