Your new organizationWe are collaborating with a prominent global insurance firm seeking an FP&A Manager to spearhead a significant FP&A transformation initiative. This opportunity arises from strategic global growth aimed at aligning systems across various regions. The selected candidate will be part of the transformation team, playing a pivotal role in advocating for the FP&A function. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual who is eager to embrace new challenges, quickly adapt to new tools and processes, work independently, and significantly enhance existing workflows.

Your responsibilities

  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide project updates and communicate necessary changes
  • Representing FP&A on a global scale
  • Leading and participating in the design and testing phases of system implementations
  • Delivering insights and recommendations throughout the project, including process optimization, operational procedures, and training execution

What you will need to excel

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with a background in the insurance industry
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within global FP&A environments
  • Proven track record in finance transformation projects and system rollouts
  • Leadership capabilities, including team management, development, and mentorship
  • Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
