Customer Service Researcher

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Researcher to join our team in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, gathering information on their upcoming projects, and providing valuable insights to support our business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain regular contact with a portfolio of business clients to gather information on their projects and needs.
- Engage in consultative conversations to build rapport and gather valuable insights.
- Update our systems with the information gathered to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Liaise with the wider team to share information and findings, and contribute to the development of our business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology to update systems and manage data.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
