Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dover Precision Components. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer orders.
- Assist in the development of business growth strategies and initiatives to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and customer service strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and MRP systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Techincal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
Work Arrangement:
This is an onsite position located in our manufacturing site in Ellesmere Port, UK.
