Hunter AHP Resourcing is pleased to present a remarkable locum position for a Band 5/6 Pharmacy Technician to become part of an NHS hospital service.


Position Overview

Our client is actively looking for a Band 5/6 Pharmacy Technician to integrate into their inpatient team. This role is available on an immediate basis, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week for a duration of 3-6 months.


Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will focus on inpatient dispensary tasks. While prior hospital experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. This position is ideal for those aspiring to enter the NHS sector.


Work Schedule

This locum role is set to commence immediately, with a standard working pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. Part-time arrangements may also be considered.


Contract Duration

The initial contract will span at least 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. There may also be an opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate at the conclusion of the contract.


Location and Accessibility

The service is conveniently located with excellent public transport options available. Staff parking is also provided on-site.


Compensation

The pay rate for this position will be determined based on your previous experience, ranging from £17 to £25 per hour, depending on banding and expertise.
