Job Title: Broker Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of key broker and introducer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase business volumes from core brokers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring consistent levels of service
  • Collaborate with Broker Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Triage potential opportunities, prioritizing deals to achieve SLAs and maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Asset Finance processes and deal journey
  • Experience providing solutions to deals, working with Sales Support, Credit & risk
  • Understanding of broker and intermediary models
  • Account Management experience, with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
