A boutique management consultancy, Freshminds Interim, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support on the redevelopment of a local council's physical space and upgrade their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute towards the development of a comprehensive business case for the proposed upgrades, incorporating data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including technical experts, to translate client interests into feasible plans, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Manage team members within the business, controlling timelines, reporting, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong business case writing, data analysis, and project management skills, with the ability to take direction and hit the ground running.
  • Proven experience in public sector projects, with a strong understanding of organisational change and programme management.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience within economic analysis, the built environment, regeneration, property development, public policy, housing, and/or education markets would be advantageous.
Additional Details
  • Duration: 18 weeks
  • Daily rate: Up to £300 PAYE
  • Hybrid: May be some travel to client site.
