Position Overview

London Business School is seeking a dedicated Programme Administrator to support the effective management of our diverse degree programmes on a permanent basis.

In this multifaceted role, you will assist Programme Managers, Senior Managers, and Programme Directors in ensuring the smooth operation of all degree offerings. Building strong relationships with students from various backgrounds is essential, as you will engage with a rich tapestry of individuals from around the globe.

As a member of the Degree Programmes division, you will collaborate with a committed and dynamic team, fostering an environment that encourages innovative ideas and continuous improvement in our services to students.

Please be aware that this position may require occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including procurement of supplies, meeting coordination, event planning, and maintaining communal areas.
  • Provide support to the Programme Team in organizing events and activities, such as Orientation, exchange programs, guest speaker sessions, graduation ceremonies, and examination boards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, or escalating issues as necessary to ensure effective resolution.
  • Enhance the student experience by actively engaging with students daily, attending events, and fostering strong working relationships.

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in standard IT applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Familiarity with project timelines and management.
