**Job Title:** Freight Sales Representative

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Representative to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a Freight Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
