Your Mission at Elis

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions within the Supply Chain Customer Service team. This involves placing orders with third-party suppliers for direct delivery to our sites, managing intercompany orders, and supporting the setup of supplier master data. Your primary objective is to provide an exceptional customer experience by meeting the demands for textiles from our laundries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service provision.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for added value and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Manage debt and ensure timely payment.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
