About the Role

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and Order Management: Answer and action quotes/orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quote Communication: Produce and communicate accurate quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Email Management: Continuously monitor emails and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Job Pack Production: Create accurate job packs for the kitchen, ensuring they are fully completed and communicated promptly.
  • Shopping and Sourcing: Source and collect routine shopping, as well as non-stock items online or from specialist suppliers as needed.
  • Driver Support: Assist with overseeing and allocating drivers daily deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Flexibility: A flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable accessing computer systems and experience using Microsoft.
  • Driving License: A full clean driving license is desirable.
