Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce accurate quotes and job packs for the kitchen, ensuring all details are complete and communicated promptly.
  • Source and collect routine shopping and non-stock items as needed.
  • Assist with overseeing and allocating drivers for daily deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service.
  • Flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business.
  • Comfortable accessing computer systems and experience using Microsoft.
  • Full clean driving license is desirable.
Package:
  • 40 hours per week, with a variety of days across the week including weekends.
  • Core hours are 9am - 5:30pm.
  • Starting salary of £24,000, negotiable depending on experience.
