Customer Service Coordinator

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage customer orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders.
- Source and procure routine shopping and non-stock items as required.
- Assist with the allocation and oversight of daily deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Flexibility to work a variety of days, including weekends, with core hours between 9am and 5:30pm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer systems and a full clean driving license is desirable.
Package:
- 40 hours per week, with a starting salary of £24,000 negotiable depending on experience.
