Customer Service Administrator Opportunity

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage customer orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders.
  • Source and procure routine shopping and non-stock items as required.
  • Assist with the allocation and oversight of daily deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of days, including weekends, with core hours between 9am and 5:30pm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer systems and a full clean driving license is desirable.

Package:

  • 40 hours per week, with a starting salary of £24,000 negotiable depending on experience.
