Customer Service Administrator Opportunity

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and communicate accurate quotes and job packs to customers.
  • Source and collect routine shopping and non-stock items as required.
  • Assist with overseeing and allocating drivers for daily deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business.
  • Comfortable accessing computer systems and experience using Microsoft.
  • Full clean driving license is desirable.

Package:

  • 40 hours a week, with a variety of days across the week including weekends.
  • Core hours are 9am-5:30pm.
  • Starting salary of £24,000, negotiable depending on experience.
