Your Mission at Elis UK LimitedAs a Supply Chain Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions within the Supply Chain Customer Service team. This role includes placing orders with third-party suppliers for direct delivery to our sites, intercompany orders, and manually placing orders via a third-party logistics and warehousing supplier for direct delivery to our sites/laundries. You will also support the setup of supplier master data and ensure accurate and timely processing of all internal customer orders to provide excellent service provision and meet the demands for textiles from our laundries.
Key Responsibilities- Place orders with third-party suppliers for direct delivery to our sites
- Process intercompany orders
- Manually place orders via a third-party logistics and warehousing supplier for direct delivery to our sites/laundries
- Support the setup of supplier master data
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all internal customer orders
