Overview: The HR People Partner plays a pivotal role in facilitating various lifecycle events, managing performance, addressing employee relations, overseeing reward processes, and implementing organizational restructuring. This position serves as a trusted advisor, providing in-depth policy expertise to support and educate leaders, managers, and employees on critical HR matters.

Role Summary

The HR People Partner is essential in ensuring the effective execution of lifecycle events, performance management, employee relations, reward systems, and restructuring efforts. This role acts as a reliable advisor, offering localized policy knowledge to assist and guide leaders, managers, and staff on significant HR topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver credible HR partnership to a diverse group of leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on essential HR matters.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to advance HR initiatives, aligning with the overall HR strategy.
  • Lead the execution of local transformations, advising managers throughout the process, and overseeing the consultation and restructuring lifecycle.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify risks and trends, applying these insights to inform decisions and actions.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, aligning with both global and local strategies.
  • Enhance the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement of HR partnering and related processes.
  • Manage internal mobility offers and transitions.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-divisional HR community members to understand their needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive generalist HR experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively within teams and across functions.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Workday.
  • Experience in UK employee relations.
