Client Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address a range of client inquiries concerning margin assessments, trade modifications, and order tracking
  • Resolve client issues and feedback through various communication channels including phone, tickets, and chat
  • Educate clients on our proprietary platforms and tools
  • Assist the Quality Assurance team in resolving client complaints
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to improve client service processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or relevant professional experience
  • At least two years of experience in the financial sector
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant software
  • Analytical mindset with a keen interest in technology and financial services
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German or Italian is advantageous
