About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Contact Centre Team as Customer Service Officers to provide a high standard of customer service to our service users.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and advising a wide range of customers, both internal and external, to ensure that their enquiries are resolved at the initial point of contact, where possible.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to service users via telephone and other communication channels.
  2. Support and advise customers on a wide range of issues, ensuring that their enquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team, with a strong focus on customer service and delivery.
