About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at Moto, the nation's favourite coffee shop. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality beverages and serving food to brand standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer enquiries
  • Maintaining stock levels and replenishing displays and fridges
  • Operating tills and processing orders
  • Maintaining standards around product quality and store cleanliness
