Role Summary

To support this growth trajectory, we are looking for a seasoned Senior National Account Manager. As an integral member of the sales team, you will be pivotal in nurturing and enhancing relationships with national retail and grocery partners.

Your position will encompass strategic leadership aimed at driving revenue growth, managing key client partnerships, and influencing the sales strategy. Your responsibilities will extend beyond routine account management to include high-level decision-making and leadership of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed value, gross margin, and volume objectives for your accounts through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee trade agreements, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage retailers with the brand, highlighting the distinctive features of each product.
  • Accelerate brand growth into new channels and attract new consumer segments.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring brand visibility and preference.
  • Formulate a strategic promotional plan for your clients, leveraging commercial and category insights to guide future strategies.
  • Advocate for the needs of your clients, ensuring they have the necessary support for success.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to cultivate a positive organizational culture.
