We are working with a prestigious company in North London We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, ultimately promoting our efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel. As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills, retail math knowledge, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the success of our sales department. **Sales Team Leader responsibilities are**:

- Provide hands-on support to the sales team
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Interact with various managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare effective training sessions
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- You will also lead by example through practical training experiences through the customer service sales processes.

**Corporate Trainer requirements are**:

- Excellent communication presentation and public speaking skills
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities
