Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Specialist - Commercial Manager to join our team at Swift, a leading provider of financial messaging services. As a trusted partner in moving value across borders, we pride ourselves on supporting the global economy with precision and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account management team for the UK region, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
  • Implement payment markets strategy locally, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional business development organization on campaigns and projects, leveraging expertise to drive results.
  • Act as a business development key contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Analyze business metrics performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide client service and support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Articulate the value proposition for Swift's gpi portfolio, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
  • Engage in end-user insight research to understand customer needs, informing product development and improvement.
  • Drive adoption and engagement with customers on product features, promoting the value of our services.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking, or customer analytics, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is beneficial, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-facing experience and willingness to travel, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
