The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems and processes, as well as experience in project management and business process improvement. You will be responsible for working closely with the Business Operations Manager and Project Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Operations Manager in the development and implementation of payment processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to identify and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track payment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Document and maintain payment-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on payment-related processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in payment operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and processes.
  • Experience in project management and business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience with payment processing systems and software.
