About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to join our team at edyn. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing business development team to deliver sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business development decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and deliver results through others.
  • Passion for delivering commercial targets and driving business growth.
