Business Development Manager (Parental Cover)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to fill a parental cover position within our team. This role reports to the Deputy Head of Business Development and requires a candidate with significant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the international development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role in international development or a relevant sector
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
