Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of our biologics design platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biologics design into our overall product strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage and deliver on biologics internal portfolio and collaboration projects.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver an industry-leading AI/ML-based biologics design platform.
- PhD or equivalent experience focused on oncology or immunology or other relevant life sciences research.
- Proven experience of building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing external collaborations including academic and/or CRO interactions to develop therapeutic antibodies.
- Hands-on experience of building de novo biologics design platforms.
- Project experience across multiple biologics platforms.
