Lead the Way in Biological Systems Research

Pharma Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Director to join our team and contribute to the growth of our product development pipeline. As a key member of our Biological Systems Research leadership team, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing a roadmap for Systems Biology and Toxicology based regulatory and scientific engagement.

Our Biological Systems Research group combines in vitro, in vivo, and in silico methods on Systems Toxicology with significant scientific expertise within each group. You will be responsible for driving the continued success of the group, exploring partnerships and collaborations with external academic and commercial groups involved in drug development, and providing high-level scientific and subject matter expertise.

Key to your role will be your ability to think creatively, manage in an environment of manageable ambiguity, drive scientific execution of the highest quality, and provide leadership within Predictive Toxicology in R&D. You will have a high level of autonomy, decision-making responsibility, and be expected to possess excellent communication skills to develop outstanding relationships with internal and external stakeholders, scientific experts, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in Systems Biology and Toxicology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
